Shipping Policy

Box Plus (“we” and “us”) operates the website (www.boxplus.in) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon our shipping arrangements to protect both you and us.

1. General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, from time to time, there may be discrepancies, and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to decide whether you’d prefer to wait for restocking of the backordered items or request a refund for those items.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping is collected along with the purchase.

The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final price for shipping to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Unfortunately, Box Plus does not accept returns due to a change of mind.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We are happy to honor valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.

Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping costs; however, these will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claims.

Upon receiving the returned items for a warranty claim, Box+ will process the claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is approved, you will have the option to receive:

  • (a) Store credit as a refund

  • (b) A replacement item (if available in stock)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

Domestic shipments generally take between 5 – 14 days in transit, depending on the courier service.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally

International shipments are typically in transit for 7 – 22 days. The exact transit time will vary based on the selected courier and destination. Specific estimates will be provided at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment is received. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. We take steps to minimize shipment delays in the event of holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

For requests to change the delivery address, we can modify the address at any time before the order is dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Box Plus will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for P.O. box addresses.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We ship to military addresses using standard postal services, where applicable. Courier services are not available for these addresses.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until the item becomes available. Any existing items in the order will be reserved until the entire order is ready for dispatch.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time exceeds the estimated transit time, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates from the courier.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered without you being present, please contact us immediately.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is already applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be due upon arrival in the destination country. These vary by country, so please be aware of these costs before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Box Plus at your expense, and a refund will be issued for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we can accept cancellations. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcels Damaged in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for Parcels Lost in Transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier deems the parcel lost following their investigation.
